Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic (minced)

  • Lemon juice + zest

  • Salt, black pepper

  • Herbs: dill / parsley

  • Optional: butter, chili flakes, honey

Steps

  1. Marinate salmon with olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt & pepper (10–15 mins).

  2. Preheat grill/pan to medium-high heat.

  3. Cook salmon skin-side down first (4–5 mins), then flip.

  4. Grill till flaky and slightly charred.

  5. Add butter + herbs on top while hot.

  6. Serve with lemon and sides of choice.
