Ingredients
Salmon fillets
Olive oil
Garlic (minced)
Lemon juice + zest
Salt, black pepper
Herbs: dill / parsley
Optional: butter, chili flakes, honey
Steps
Marinate salmon with olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt & pepper (10–15 mins).
Preheat grill/pan to medium-high heat.
Cook salmon skin-side down first (4–5 mins), then flip.
Grill till flaky and slightly charred.
Add butter + herbs on top while hot.
Serve with lemon and sides of choice.
