Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour

  • Sugar

  • Eggs (2)

  • Butter / oil

  • Milk

  • Lemon juice + zest

  • Baking powder, baking soda

  • Vanilla extract

  • Optional: powdered sugar (for glaze)

Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda.

  2. Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, sugar, butter/oil, milk, lemon juice & zest, vanilla.

  3. Combine wet + dry into a smooth batter.

  4. Pour into greased pan.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 mins.

  6. Cool & drizzle with lemon glaze (powdered sugar + lemon juice).
