Ingredients
All-purpose flour
Sugar
Eggs (2)
Butter / oil
Milk
Lemon juice + zest
Baking powder, baking soda
Vanilla extract
Optional: powdered sugar (for glaze)
Steps
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, sugar, butter/oil, milk, lemon juice & zest, vanilla.
Combine wet + dry into a smooth batter.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 180°C for 30–35 mins.
Cool & drizzle with lemon glaze (powdered sugar + lemon juice).
