Ingredients
All-purpose flour
Cocoa powder
Baking powder, baking soda
Sugar
Eggs (2)
Orange juice + zest
Milk
Vegetable oil / butter
Vanilla extract
Dark chocolate (melted or chips)
Steps
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda.
Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, sugar, oil, milk, orange juice & zest, vanilla.
Combine wet + dry; fold in melted chocolate/chips.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 180°C for 30–35 mins (till done).
Cool & glaze with melted chocolate or orange syrup.
