Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (boneless, sliced)

  • Tortillas (soft)

  • Bell peppers (sliced)

  • Onion (sliced)

  • Garlic (minced)

  • Lime juice

  • Olive oil

  • Spices: chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper

  • Optional: lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream

Recipe

  1. Marinate chicken with lime juice, olive oil, garlic & spices (10–15 mins).

  2. Cook chicken in a pan until golden and fully done.

  3. Sauté veggies (bell peppers + onion) in the same pan till slightly soft.

  4. Warm tortillas on a pan or microwave.

  5. Assemble tacos: add chicken, veggies, and toppings.

  6. Serve fresh with extra lime for zest.
